Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays); this will be after receiving your order confirmation email. When your order has been dispatched; you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number. Use this number to monitor the progress of your package as it makes its way to your doorstep. We currently do not ship out of South Africa and deliveries are made between 9am-5pm only on weekdays.
Exchanges & Returns
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange to be approved; you need to request for an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused & unworn and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your proof of purchase. Shipping fee for exchanges will be for your own account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, within a certain amount of days.
